Now that I have had a couple of months behind me as a Travel Counsellor, I can’t even compare the difference between being a home based Travel Counsellor to my previous careers in retail agencies.
I have the freedom to make my business whatever I want it to be. I can advertise how and when I want, I have the freedom to take my son to swimming lessons in the middle of the day. I can run to an appointment without even questioning it.
I feel free to make my life the way I want it to be by combining work and family at my pace. I have done so much with my kids this Summer. I can just see how happy it has made them while still building my business up to make a happy, healthy career. I am amazed how well I have done in the last couple of months during the slow time in the summer, which excites me to know how well I will do in the busy winter months.
