The Contact Centre is amazing. It pretty much does all the work for you!
When you meet a potential client, you just add the contact and marketing information of the client into your Contact Centre in two minutes and all the marketing tools are there for you to use to make sure the client stays connected and, ultimately, books with you.
You can check how many clients you have, who has booked, who has inquired and any other details you need all on one page. Then there is the fantastic marketing tools… you can send anything from destination guides, e-cards, podcasts, weekly offers, testimonials or a hot offer to one or all of your clients in just a few minutes. Great graphics and great ideas right at my fingertips.
Not to mention the wonderful daily reminders tool, which automatically reminds me when my client is travelling or returning, or when to send out the tickets or wish them a happy birthday.
The Contact Centre is by far the best program I have come across to help me stay connected with all of my clients.
